We strongly advise you to use “Submit your query, problem, suggestion” button (placed on left/below) to tell us about your query/ problem/suggestion.
After clicking on the submit button you will get a reference no.
By entering the reference no. after clicking the "Find Status" button (placed left/below), you can find out the status of the action taken by us on your query/suggestion/feedback. These queries will be monitored at the DG level and the status will be updated on regular basis. Kindly do mention the complete details of the letter, etc. i.e. if you have already taken up the matter with the authority concerned. We will follow up with that authority on your behalf to save your time and energy.
As you know, it is difficult to monitor the action taken on emails. Even then, if you want to speak to any officer or send an email , please use “Directory” button (placed left/below) to find out phone no / email of the concerned officer.
In case the space available for submitting the query/problem/suggestion is not enough you may write an e-mail to us mentioning the above reference no in the subject of the email at e-mail id :- epces@epces.in newsletter@epces.in
